Brookhaven Energy is a one-of-a-kind, innovative Municipal buying initiative that allows Brookhaven communities and municipal facilities to save money on energy costs. The program enables municipalities to join an energy bulk-buying group to increase energy purchasing power and reduce costs for participating account holders.
Lower energy costs will be negotiated for electricity and natural gas. Marketplace expertises will secure the most attractive rates. Municipalities that enroll will be able to save on energy costs for facilities such as municipally-owned buildings, wastewater treatment plants, and correctional facilities.
